Due to COVID 19 we are suspending tours until further notice.
Come along with Tour Guide, Actor, and Author Roy Heizer on this two and a half hour tour as we explore the history of Cincinnati. From the glaciers that formed our seven hills to the modern day; learn about the events, industry, traditions, and people that made Cincinnati the Queen City!
Tour Guide Roy Heizer will take you to many historic sites on this downtown tour. We will start at the Ohio River and explore the buildings and places that figure prominently in Cincinnati's long history. Hear the story behind our most famous bridge, the first skyscraper, and Cincy's leading industries. From the Red Stockings to the newly formed FC Cincinnati, we have a rich sports tradition. Jazz, Blues, classical, and Rock all sound off in our musical heritage. Cheers to a long tradition of beer breweries. Find out why we have several nicknames, and learn the tale of several of Cincinnati's most well known people. But, wait, there's more....
History doesn't have to be a dry humorless lesson. Come along with us as we make learning about Cincinnati's history fun and engaging. You'll hear stories of famous people, strange tales from the darker side of the city, obscure history, and fun facts you can't find online. We may stroll through a graveyard, but our past is alive and well on the Cincinnati History Tour.
